Returns And Exchanges

Exchanges available on a case by case basis. Jewelry must be sent to us in unused/new condition within 14 days of your order delivery date. 

(CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY ORDERS ARE ALL SALES FINAL).

Please contact us. Fill out our contact form, or message us via email before returning items to receive the address of our return facility. Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or underpaid postage packages and will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Returns must be postmarked 14-days from date received. 

Returns for refund must include all original packaging. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer must pay return shipping. Items with a value of $75 or more must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
In the event of an exchange, your original order must be returned, received and validated at our office prior to your replacement order being shipped.
